At Navhar Foods, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver high-quality products in perfect condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns Eligibility

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product packaging is tampered with at the time of delivery

To be eligible for a return, customers must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order along with clear images of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Taste preferences or personal dislikes
  • Products returned without original packaging

Refund Process

Once the returned product is reviewed and approved, the refund process will be initiated.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment method and bank processing time.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, Navhar Foods may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If the return request is approved due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping arrangements may be handled by Navhar Foods or guided accordingly.
