Navhar Foods was born from a simple belief — every family deserves clean, honest food. We craft gluten-free and specialty flours with love, science, and generations of grain knowledge.
It started with a diagnosis. When a member of our founding family was diagnosed with celiac disease, we couldn't find gluten-free flours that were truly safe, truly tasty, or truly Indian. Store-bought options were expensive, inconsistent, or imported — disconnected from the flavours of our kitchen.
So we did what any determined Punjabi family would do: we rolled up our sleeves. We partnered with local farmers in Punjab, invested in a dedicated gluten-free milling unit, and spent months perfecting recipes that would make soft rotis, crispy pooris, and fluffy idlis — without a trace of wheat.
